My husband and I were in need of a new roof. We googled roofing business' and found three in our area that we decided to call and get estimates. We called all three. Two of them we got voicemail and one answered. That was Deaville. We left messages for the other two. Deaville came out the very next day and gave us a quote on the spot before the other two ever called us back. Eventually, they called back and by the next week we got our estimates from them. Of all three, Deaville was the most professional and came in with an excellent product, as we did our research, and their price was actually a little less than the other two. Needless to say, we went with them and we have our beautiful new roof. Boy what a difference a quality architectural shingle makes, compared to a 3-tab shingle. Love it!

I had a full roof replacement by Deaville Roofing and from quote to finish everything was stellar. The customer service was wonderful and the work was perfect. We had heavy rain a day or so after the replacement and no issues with our new roof. They also recommended someone to install new gutters for my home, since they did not provide that service. I highly recommend Deaville Roofing and hopefully will work with them on some of my other home repairs.

You never know nowadays and you take a chance based on what you read or hear. I did the same and I was glad I did. After several companies that roamed the neighborhood told me I needed a new roof, I decided to call Deaville and get another opinion. When they came out they actually looked at it like a roofer should and not like a photo shoot for “Roofers Monthly” magazine lol. They fixed it in a couple of weeks and matched my shingles perfectly. My elderly neighbor asked them to give him a quote and they went ahead and helped him out as well. Great company! Great local family.

Working with this company has been amazing. Started with John showing up for our appointment right on schedule. After the inspection of my roof, we had detailed discussions about options. I chose to replace the entire roof and 3 skylights. The pricing was very reasonable. The morning of construction his team showed up right on time and started stripping off my whole roof. The team was professional and extremely hard workers. It amazed me that they started at 7 AM and stripped and replaced the entire roof with the 3 skylights. Cleaned up and packed up by 5:30 pm. Very impressive!! Thank you.

I was searching for a roofer after hurricane Dorian this year 2019. I went onto Angie's List and came across Deaville Roofing. I read all the great reviews and AAA ratings with BBB. My husband and I decided to give them a call. From the very first phone call setting up an appointment for an estimate, I received such a warm and friendly conversation, that gave me such great customer service. When John came out and we discussed everything, he was very professional, friendly, and very thorough. He explained everything in detail, and to where we could understand how everything would play out being our first time going through this. He was really patient and understanding. When the roofers arrived to start the job, I will be very honest when I say, these guys were AWESOME! Very professional. They did such a great job! When they were done, EVERYTHING was cleaned up. Every nail, every piece of scrap was picked up . The job was completed in a very timely matter. Our roof looks amazing!!! I would highly recommend Deaville for your needs. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I definitely would. I will definitely call on them for any future construction job needed. Great Businessman. Great Company!

John Deaville inspected my roof today to provide a 2nd opinion on whether my roof showed signs of hail and wind damage from the hail storm that affected the area around Summerville Medical Center earlier this month. He found no wind damage and only a small area of hail indentations on one side of my 13-year-old roof that was insufficient to justify an insurance claim. This was the opposite of an inspection I allowed a new-to-the-area roofing company to perform several days ago when a representative knocked on my door after contacting other homeowners in my neighborhood. John has an established reputation for honest dealing with his customers over many years. I greatly appreciate his professional opinion that barring a hurricane strike my shingles are good for about 10 more years. Since I have a $5,000 wind and hail deductible John has saved me from this unnecessary expense at this time. I highly recommend anyone contacted by a door-to-door roofing company rep offering a free inspection contact John Deaville for a 2nd no-cost inspection before signing a roof replacement contract.
